FAQs 1-How do I know your collectibles are authentic? Game used or game ready collectibles are handed to us by the NY Rangers and NY Knicks management. A tamper-resistant security hologram is affixed to each item and a MSG Collectibles Certificate of Authenticity with the matching hologram accompanies each piece. This is our assurance that your memorabilia is 100% authentic. Most photographs are taken by our MSG photographer. If the photograph is signed and received via a third-party, we provide that authentication as well. Registering your collectible on our site ensures that it is authentic. Should you be interested in selling it in the future a prospective customer can be confident they are purchasing an authentic MSG Collectible. 3-What happens if I do not receive or have lost my Certificate of Authenticity? If you do not receive a Certificate of Authenticity with your collectible purchase or have lost your certificate, please contact us and we will send a certificate of authenticity to you. Please keep in mind, if you lose a certificate that had a security hologram, the newly issued certificate will not have a security hologram. 4-How can I order collectibles from MSG Collectibles? If you are unable to visit our stand at Madison Square Garden, we do have brochures, which feature an assortment of collectibles for NY Rangers, NY Knicks, and memorable MSG events. Place your order by calling the contact information on the back of the brochure. 5-If I am looking for a specific collectible and it is not available, how do I go about submitting a request? Simply complete the "Looking for Something Special" form which can be found at the MSG Collectibles store or feel free to call us. If we are able to obtain it, a representative will call you. |
